Meet K-Rae

Originally from Worcester, MA and spending 13 years in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island, SC, I longed for a new adventure and much warmer weather. Looking for a challenge, I heeded the advice of friends who traveled the World and decided on Costa Rica. My last Pub, K-Rae’s Waterway was surrounded by water and gorgeous sunsets. I was looking for the opposite—Mountain View’s, sunrises and breezes. I got lucky and was told about this property in the Mountains of Nosara with a Pub, a Pool, awesome views of mountains, and the ocean. I was sold the minute I stepped onto the front porch!

Now…. The big question everyone asks…. What does K-Rae stand for? My name is Kerri Rae. No, the K is not my husband, no the Rae is not my husband. 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀. My family comes from County Kerry in Ireland and My Dad’s name was Raymond. I was the last chance for a boy so my middle name is the female version of Raymond and I was in honor of him.
